How I rate

TODO — state the scale plainly so a 3 does not read as a failure. Something like: 5 is rare, 4 means I will recommend it unprompted, 3 is solid and worth your time, 2 has a real problem, 1 I did not finish.

Review policy

TODO — do you accept review copies, from whom, and does it change the review. Publishers read this page before granting ARCs, so it earns its place.
